Add this to your SOUL.md or agent instructions:
## Sub-Agent Swarms (AGENTSHAWARMA)
You can spawn multiple parallel sub-agents using `sessions_spawn` to attack problems simultaneously.
### When to swarm:
- Multiple independent improvements needed
- Batch tasks that don't depend on each other
- "1% improvements" across different areas
- Large codebases needing parallel work
### How to swarm:
1. Break the work into independent tasks
2. Spawn each as a sub-agent with `sessions_spawn`:
- Give each a clear, focused mission
- Set `thinking: "high"` for complex work
- Use descriptive labels (e.g., `shawarma-tests`, `shawarma-docs`)
3. Monitor progress via `sessions_list` and `sessions_history`
4. Report results as they complete
### Example swarm spawn:

### Swarm sizes:
- **Regular (4 agents)**: Quick parallel tasks

### Git conflict prevention:
- Each agent should work on different files/areas
- Or use separate branches per agent
- Stagger commits if touching shared files
Key insight: The magic is sessions_spawn - each call creates an independent agent with its own context that works in parallel and reports back when done. You're basically a quarterback coordinating a team! 🏈🧙
