@soycasino Yes with the in built AI system, the app can track your surroundings and monitor interruptions and your snor to analyse how well you slept adding on it also works on a timer so let’s say you slept at 9pm and woke up at 3pm it will analyse the hours you slept aswell.

@HeyMohit_ Appreciate it 🙏 Most sleep apps overwhelm you with data. SleepFlow does the opposite it simplifies everything into a single Night Score and a clear plan for the next night. It’s less about tracking everything, more about actually improving your sleep.
