A maintenance worker at the New Orleans jail where the inmates escaped has been arrested. Investigators say Sterling Williams turned off the water in the cell after inmates asked him to. Instead of reporting them, he turned off water. Charged with principle to escape and malfeasance.

@BrianEntin He was probably doing what he was sure was a "harmless" maintenance thing. From my small amount of investigation training and experience, I'll point out that very few suspects help commit a crime, then sit there waiting to be arrested.
