@bookingcom I have booked hotels at about 30 genius properties. Not a SINGLE time have I ever received free breakfast, or room upgrades. With being Genius Level 3, it claims I am getting rooms at discounted prices, but Im actually paying more for the same rooms than lower levels. I've compared it. Needless to say, I have wasted too much money with Booking.Com and I plan to never use it again. It's a SCAM!
