This is 40. Little kid me would’ve laughed if you said 2025 was real… or that I’d actually get here. I used to try picturing 40-year-old Frankie...what I’d look like, what I’d be doing...and it felt like science fiction. If you’d told 13-year-old me on the Malcolm set that I’d walk away from Hollywood, race trucks full-time in NASCAR, own a freaking olive oil store, become a husband, a dad, and somehow still get recognized as “that kid from the show” two decades later… I would’ve called you crazy. Most days I’m still waiting for someone to tell me this is all a prank. But here’s the thing: the wild childhood is in the rear-view, the chaotic twenties are a blur, my thirties were where I finally figured out who I am when the cameras aren’t rolling… and now 40? 40 feels like the starting grid. I’ve got the best little family, the fastest chapter of my racing career ahead, and a hunger I haven’t felt since I was that kid begging for one more take. This isn’t the finish line. This is engines on, green flag dropping. Let’s go. Thank you all for being part of this absolutely unbelievable ride.

It’s been a while since I posted on Twitter & even longer since I posted about stocks. A lot has changed in my life this year including selling the house in the UK but I won’t go into everything but I’m now very happy and living in Thailand on the beautiful island of Koh Phangan and travel other places in Asia too and just return to the UK every few months to see my Daughters & parents. Anyway I’ve still been Trading whilst out here as it’s very good due to being 6 hours ahead of the UK so I can enjoy most of the day before the UK markets even open. I haven’t been Trading anywhere near as much as I used to do owing to having a more relaxed lifestyle & only using phone & laptop but shortly I plan on doing a lot more trading again soon now I’m settled. However in the meantime I’ve decided to post on Twitter again about stocks that I think will do well and the reasons for such. Please read the disclaimer at the top of my bio but just because I’m chilling in Thailand now and having a much more relaxed lifestyle I haven’t lost my touch for picking winners in my opinion from recent results so keep your eyes peeled for when I post on stocks I think are worth looking at and why. As always DYOR and you don’t have to buy. I’m just giving you my opinion. What you do with that information is entirely up to you. I’m sure I will get the usual abuse off the same characters as before but I’m living in Thailand on a tropical island and you are still in your bedsit in rainy England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 under a Labour government so whatever you say really can’t bother me. MARATHON COMPLETED 🫡 Today I completed something that 5 months ago I would never of thought possible. 42.2km (26.2 miles), my first ever marathon completed and have raised £23,800 pounds for mind charity. Did I cry, yeah about 40 times but to run with over 100 people with many inspirations today was incredibly surreal and helped massively to overcome the challenge. Thank you to everyone who came down today and helped spread awareness for mental health and to @hardestgeezer for changing my life!!! MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS
