The Nevada Supreme Court on Friday upheld a suspension against Pahrump Justice of the Peace Michele Fiore.
Fiore was convicted of fraud in 2024 but Trump pardoned her last year. The state's judicial commission then suspended her with pay as it investigated more complaints.

The temporary occupant of the White House should not get to unilaterally decide what our capital looks like for generations to come. We elect presidents to run the government, not literally and permanently reshape it in their image. That is what dictators do.
