@RelayPHP php8.3-relay is missing in ubuntu.. is this on you guys, or otherwise crafted / included? :)

In typical fashion, Friday is release day and @RelayPHP v0.6.8 is out 🥳 The release comes with full compatibility with PhpRedis v6.0 and PHP 8.3, as well as heaps of improvements and 🪲 fixes.

@scottbuscemi Focus on what’s absolutely needed to meet the business goals of the site and remove everything else. Make sure everything is compatible with modern PHP (8+). Then deploy on a modern hosting stack with @ObjectCachePro/@RelayPHP, auto scaling, and plenty of resources for the site.

In case you missed it, Relay v0.6.2 is out and comes with tons of improvements. If you’re running Relay v0.6.0 or older, we recommend upgrading.

Not conclusive yet, but I enabled redis via @RelayPHP at ~15:00, instead of phpRedis. So far quite a difference. @tillkruss

@riboe_kent @tillkruss We’ve scheduled the tricky stuff for later. Mainly compression and serialization, which will finally bring both to Predis.

@tillkruss @RelayPHP 90/10 rule suggests the last 10% will take 90% of the time.

@RelayPHP I tried switching in Laravel from phpredis to relay, but then I need to flush all my redis data before it's working... is this a bug?

Relay v0.6.0 is out. Plenty of new Redis commands and many QoL improvements.
