Great to see @HAFB break ground on the infrastructure for its new East Campus! I was proud to secure over $28 million in the FY25 appropriations process to accelerate ground infrastructure funding and move the project forward. This high-tech sustainment hub, comprising five new facilities, will ensure Utah remains the nation’s fighter jet center of excellence for decades to come. By 2032 the Ogden Air Logistics Complex will have a brand new F-35 maintenance hangar, dedicated hangars for F-35 composite repair, canopy repair, egress systems, as well as a new facility for T-7A depot maintenance work.

My team secured $6.5 million for @HAFB in this bill! These funds will go to the planning and design of a dedicated F-35 Canopy Maintenance Facility. This new facility will serve as the Air Force’s sole depot-level source of repair for F-35 canopies, a critical component of fifth-generation aircraft maintenance.
