@UncapTheHouse Counterpoint: lots more states should have only one /district/. But each district should elect multiple members proportionally.

Delaware should have more than one district.
North Dakota should have more than one district.
South Dakota should have more than one district.
Vermont should have more than one district.
Wyoming should have more than one district.

@UncapTheHouse I was curious, and so in case others are:
To get to all states having 2+ seats, you'd need 811 total seats.
To get to all states having 3+ seats, you'd need 1,405.
Both figures use 2020 census totals and assume we still use the Method of Equal Proportions for apportionment.
