@Hayden9867 @stokecity I really wanted it to work out for him. But your dropoff this season has been very dramatic indeed. I suspect he'll be given the season and the start of next to get it right but if you're not top 6 after 10 games then that'll be it.

@RussellDutton Is it unlucky or is it simply that we sign physically inadequate players who are robust enough for the rigours of the championship? Vik, Junior and Wilmot is unlucky. I’m not so sure on the rest. Feels almost self fulfilling!

Never known anything like it, ever, in all my nearly 50 years watching Stoke. It just makes all this garbage I read from some Stokies absolutely laughable. The gaffer was leading a play off chasing team and the serious injuries have decided otherwise. Let’s just get as many points as we can and go again next year with a fit and even more improved squad.
