@JagexSupport do you ever view it on a case by case basis? i already had a bank pin and auth on the account with a 2fa email. still got hacked... now that the hacker has my login user name and enough info answer the recovery questions... i need them changed or else my account will be rehacked

@JagexSupport how do i speak to a human about securing my rs account ? recently hacked and recovered. but i worry now about taking any items out of the bank incase it happens again

@JagexSupport hi i'm still waiting for a response to a previous post, i need confirmation that my account cannot be recovered by the hacker since i got it back. scared to take items out the bank or do anything worthwhile since they already got me for 300m+ untradeables

@Sam__Butcher Looks to me like they replied to you on 5th March. I'm afraid I'd not be able to assist you with this instead of them, including by changing how recovery works for that account; please continue liaising with them if you need their help.

@JagexAsh hey ash, had my 700 days played rsn hacked today and been up all night not knowing what to do , they hacked my email and all my socials too. please help me lock/recover my rs account or point me in the right direction ty, rsn is kc collector

@JagexAsh i did send them a message but still waiting 3 days later :( is there a way to turn off auto recovery on my account so it would get locked and would need to be manually reviewed by a human, dont want to risk the bot approving the hackers recovery attempt

This is messed up. Somebody had the balls to steal my check post mail and wrote over my existing info for a dumb amount and it got approved. Now I have to deal with police and bank to fix this. And its so obviously forgeddd.. Can't believe this is real life holy guthix 😔
