I had an extremely disappointing experience with Ricardo from @SantamInsurance . His attitude throughout our interaction was rude, arrogant, and dismissive. He constantly talked over me and my colleagues, refused to listen to our concerns, and came across as completely nonchalant

Hi @NakedCover_SA, I have a question for your team. If a vehicle is involved in an accident and repairs are approved, are those repairs carried out using new, used, or generic (aftermarket) parts? I’m asking in light of an ongoing matter that was publicly discussed on an automotive show involving one of your competitors. If applicable, could you kindly indicate which clause in the contract stipulates the use of such parts? As you know, clients are unable to make decisions regarding the repair process, which makes this matter particularly concerning. This is compounded by the frequency of poorly executed repairs by ISP, such as missing mudguards, uneven panel gaps, misaligned bumpers, damaged or deformed clips, and, in some cases, the use of double-sided tape as a fixing method. I place a strong emphasis on repairs being carried out to an appropriate and professional standard. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
