1. For any reason your device gets lost they will go into their ridiculous policy which will state that you were negligence by leaving your device in the car, thus why you lost your device so we are not liable, on top of that they use @SantamInsurance as their underwriter.

@SantamInsurance I logged a claim monday wrt the storm. Its Thursday and nobody has been out to my property. Yet everymnth premiums r deducted without fail. Your clients are left stranded & I get told the assessor is in whole day meetings, while ur clients are stuck. We'll done!!

@SantamInsurance Your Insurance and your agents are the most useless in this country. I had a claim in November last year and still your insurance hasn't settled. Your consultants are so rude and they don't even pick up or reply mails. The kind of service u are offering is appalling

@HabibiSouth @Simz_Ntlemeza @Discovery_SA Also going to join another insurance company. @budgetins pushed up my premiums 30% a month ago, will give @SantamInsurance a try and see if they can beat my current premium.

If you had to choose between an insurance premium of R2,649 and an excess of R7,000 with @Discovery_SA or a premium of R999.20 and excess of R4,000 with Santam, which would you choose? Same - and in fact better - cover with Santam. And then they ask me "why are you leaving?".
