@TATAAIGIndia while i purchased the policy , it took less than one hrs to collect the premium, now for a simple name correction i am struggling with you guys from past 10 days and noone bothered to address it.This shows how you will help at the time of urgency, i made a mistake.

@TATAAIGIndia Dear Tataaig team, u open policy instantly, u r not giving an option to user to verify his/her name, u are in a hurry to collect the premium amount, but if there is a spelling mistake on any of the name, u don't want to correct it. U need lots of proof of document.

@UIDAI mAadhaar App is not working from past few days, book appointment through portal giving error "Somthing went wrong"

You can use any form of #Aadhaar as per your convenience. #Aadhar Letter, #eAadhaar, mAadhaar and Aadhaar PVC Card are all equally valid and acceptable.

#UpdateMobileInAadhaar You can also order your #AadhaarPVCcard online from residentpvc.uidai.gov.in/order-pvcrepri… and receive the SMS with your SRN and AWB numbers. Please note that it can be ordered using any mobile number, even if it not linked with your Aadhaar.

@UIDAI Aadhaar update has a fixed process that takes 5 to 90 days after the request. The process cannot be altered. Please wait. Abov message we will receive even after 1 year and after paying Rs 50, request authorities to review d online services. UIDAI Collecting money with no work.

@UIDAI Don't fool the citizens, i am trying my address update online from past 1 and half year nothing happening. First let us know to raise grievance related to UIDAI we shl reach out to which dept. This time i hd paid RS 50, still request is pending. Not sure if it will be addressed.

@ceo_uidai @OfficeOfRSP @PMOIndia @GoI_MeitY Dear sir, I am struggling to update my address on aadhar online from past one year . It seems no organization is there to listen. Every time when i contact adhaar care, they are replying it will take 5 to 90 days from past 1 year.

Now when i am check the status the team says, it has a standard process from 5 to 90 days.., but for updating address will hv to wait for 3 months ? and who is accountable if it doesn't happen even after 3mths. Rquest you to have a look on the process. @PMOIndia @GoI_MeitY

@ceo_uidai Dear Sir, could you please hv a look on time taken to addressing online service requests. And if it is not happening on time who will be accountable for this. I hd request my address update last year it didnot happen. Finally i hd to cancel it and i raised again.

@ceo_uidai @UIDAI @Aadhaar_Care Online address update is not working for me, it is giving error already similar request present, i hd raised the request 1 Year Back, i followed up for some time and left it as no one from UIDAI was replying. I m not able to reject it now. Pls hlp
