it sucks that the majority of league players say not to get into league/they hate league. i like playing league i enjoy the game but i can understand why new players dont stick around because its a HUGE learning curve. my advice? play ARAM get used to the champions first :)

@thomasmahler the answer is that without in the office time, managers are exposed as a lower rung of the chain than their reports... considerably less useful. without micro managing and creating office politics, managers have VERY little function aside from being "someone to blame"

Could someone explain to me how a Return to Office policy benefits your team if you're a software developer? 🤔 I understand that people can't work from home if they have to work at a factory, operating machines, etc., but after COVID happened, I was under the impression that we'd all see how just getting to the office is a bit of a waste of time. I used to work at a place that took me an hour to get to and I ran the numbers: One hour commute means 2 hours per day. Given a five day work week, that's 10 hours per week. 4 weeks in a month, so we're at 40 hours per month. That's an entire week of work per month of your employees just sitting in a car, doing nothing productive. Wouldn't you rather that they'd spend that time with their families or getting work done? What are those magical interactions people have around watercoolers in the office that apparently make productivity skyrocket that can't be done if they're working from home?
