Nowhere have I ever claimed that a moderators only job was to handle my Twitch chat alone. Even looking through the clips you provided that is never stated. The AI summary provided in one of your videos claims the role is a "Twitch Moderator". I am hoping you didn't form your argument on that basis. Moderators here cover Twitch, YouTube, and Kick chat simultaneously for both my 12 hour stream and our 24 hour FerretSoftware animal rescue streams. They also handle our Discord of over 100,000 people including live tickets and immediate response. During live events such as the Game Jams they have also handled communication, moderation, and sometimes judging for submissions. Each event is different and all of them need moderation coverage. The role on paper is a "Social Media Community Manager" which is an industry standard name. This is so they could get future jobs down the road should they need to. The minimum payband for this role here is $60,000 a year. The work is entirely remote, comes with benefits, includes bonuses should the business be able to afford it, and a high-end computer was provided for each of them. You've already seen transactions proving this payband as I made them public. For US Staff this role is full time and comes with medical, vision, dental, and life insurance coverage. The plan provided allows therapy under a $50 copay and in the event of termination the employee can use mini-cobra to extend coverage another 3 months. For international contractors this role is paid on invoice. Can you in any way provide a clip or proof that I ever said this role was restricted entirely to "Twitch Chat" as you've described? Again, the only source I can find for that is an AI Summary you displayed in your video.

In case this gets missed. US Moderators were paid through Gusto and also given benefits including medical, vision, dental, and life insurance on top of that. EU contractors were paid over wire transfer. Here are transaction statements for the last six months proving his claims to be false. Rumble Streamer Tectone has responded to Twitch Streamer Pirate Software multiple times. Tectone states the following: 1. Tectone blames a former mod (Sarah of the lake) for pulling the 60k a year claim because they chatted it in his chat, and Tectone ran with it as factual information. Tectone swears Grok specifically said 60k. 2. Tectone doesn't want to pay 10k because it's a lot, and it should be 5k. 3. Pirate needs to show specifically that 60k a year is paid to 12 mods for 4 years (then he changes it 6 months) to pay the 200 subs and the 10k to Maya Higa's Sanctuary Charity. 4. Tectone Blames Sneaky Leaf for taking him out of context. LOL, he complains that Hasan does this while also doing the same thing he complains about. 5. Techtone says the proof is more redacted than the Epstein files and shouldn't be redacted, and it doesn't prove the past six months, when the proof the pirate shows shows proof dating from 2024. Tectone also accuses Pirate of lying because, according to Tectone, Pirate has said in the past that his employees make 60k a year (I don't think he has ever said that, but I might be wrong) 6. Tectone thinks it's weird that Pirate Software stopped talking, all because Tectone was calling for accountability for the only fangs drama. Tectone states that even after he defended him. 7. Then Tectone does this weird flex that he pays a mod of his more because hes rich. Tectone then tries to prove it, but the chat asks not to because they don't want to dox the mod. I don't want to be a dog whistle for a dox on stream, so I ended the clip and skipped the section. Tectone will not donate the 10k or gift the 200subs because Pirate's proof isn't sufficient for him to donate. To which I am confident, possibly Quintheo thinks the proof is sufficient. (don't want to speak for Quintheo though)

Yep. Showed this live on stream. Staff at my studio are paid between 60,000 - 120,000 a year depending on role. I let a number of people go in a layoff recently and many staff over the last year in a draw down. After this two staff members resigned. I make less as a creator than I did a year ago and needed to do this to keep things afloat. The staff are not to blame and should be left alone. The pictures below show payments over Gusto in white and Wire Transfers in black. Names and account numbers have been redacted from the screenshots. You wanted six months and this should cover that. Tectone. You can make the check out to Alveus Sanctuary which is run by Maya Higa if you decide to follow through on paying charity. What they do is fantastic.

They actually fixed all the stuff I was critical about and seem to be moving in the right direction. Wasn't on my bingo card for 2026. 1. Deincentivized gambling content by making the partner program pay 0$ while you stream gambling. 2. Banned people on the platform for copyright infringement and bad behavior. No longer the wildwest bullshit it was. 3. Deleted the category for movies as it was just there for copyrighted content and a liability. 4. Added the option on your settings to hide all gambling and also hot tub streams. Good direction. Happy to give them a chance.

(2/2) Thanks to PirateSoftware and Shaye of the ferret rescue, I was able to bring some really important information to the vet about other chemo options. The vet looked into it and said he would be able to get it for us. This is a win, as it would be much cheaper for us.

(1/2) Update: the vet visit went well I think. Heart and lungs sound good, lymph nodes haven't gone down but they haven't gotten bigger, cough is gone. He's scheduled to go in a week from now for a biopsy, then we discuss treatment.

@digital404x5 Once I crack the blocks and set them up in the tents it's usually 2-3 weeks till first harvest. It varies a ton from there.

The moment my content blew up I started paying my moderators and other staff. The blowup started in December 2023 and payments started in May 2024. We used Wire Transfers originally and then ADP and now Gusto for US payroll. Wire transfers were still used for EU contractors throughout. All USA mods were on payroll and EU mods on contract. I even gave them bonuses on Christmas. Where's my 200 subs and a retraction of your false claim? @Tectone

Tectone(@Tectone) is extremely doubtful that Jason(@PirateSoftware) is paying his mods a fulltime salary and challenges for proof to be shown and puts a bounty of 200 gifted subs if any proof is provided. "I challenge one of his mods to show me that you have received fulltime consistent pay over the past 4 years"
