@Set9813 2016 had that epic scene of the Slayer blowing off robot dude in the middle of explaining the plot...unfortunately they were not able to stick to it for the rest of the game and had a bunch (not too many tbf) of unskippeable dialogs sections

i want the franchise to take a break but if they make another DOOM game i want them to say "fuck it" and completely forego any kinda story, have nothing at all.
