Every foreign policy action was for the Hungarian people; ties with Russia for energy security, ties with US for trade. He maintained diplomacy with all sides. The EU labelling him "pro Russian" for refusing to send billions to a war and cut cheap critical oil for the Hungarian people. He also maintained relations with the US, and yes including Israel, which some seem to mention alot, he was diplomatic with all countries.
