Find ways to make your animations 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 to the character. Don't settle for generic! There's a lot of excellent examples of the classic animation principles in this clip, but what caught our attention the most was the use of aerial silk acrobatics as inspiration!

@PinkieToons @theodd1sout 10-year industry veteran here. I have a lot of big names on my CV…. And I’ve never been treated this well during a layoff. Damn dude. The closest I’ve ever gotten is Sony, and even they fell short.
