@that_gg2078 I just find it weird that so many isekai work just as well without the reincarnation aspect. In many of them, the idea that the protagonist comes from another world loses all relevance by the second episode. The story works just as well if they are native to the universe.

New isekai anime are so funny because they'll always start with a bizarre premise but then add a stipulation that renders the premise completely pointless

@Kaju_Nut I hope, with new admin, the arXiv stands up for the freedom of expression. Unfortunately, with the decline of the journals, the arXiv is now a monopoly in physics publishing; the incentives are not there.
