@ubereats_uk @Uber_Support just know that I pay annually for my Uber One account. So refusing a customer £30 refund for groceries never received is worth more than having a customer pay £50 annually? Ok. @JustEatUK & @Deliveroo it is from now on.

@ubereats_uk how can you deny me a refund for groceries I never received!? £30 isn’t nothing to you but it is to me. I want to file a complaint. You can even hear the driver in the video explaining how to get a refund. This is disgusting from a big company

@Uber_Support how can you deny me a refund for receiving the complete wrong groceries??!🤬 you can even hear the delivery man explaining how to open a case and receive a refund and you tell me I can’t get my money back, FOR GROCERIES I NEVER RECEIVED.

@ubereats_uk - hello, I received the complete wrong order for my groceries on Sunday. Was told I’d get a response within 6-12 hours via chat and I’ve still not had a response. I’ve been charged for a load of crappy snacks instead of my good quality groceries
