Hey @SixtDE, I'm caught in a customer service loop where I'm told to do "X" in the system, only to be redirected back to CS. 😕 Is there an ombudsman service or another escalation point I can reach out to? My experience with @SixtUSA was different, and it feels like I'm dealing with two very different companies.

@SixtUSA, I have gone in circles with customer service about fuel charges. They will send you a pic of the gauge that indicates that the tank is less than full. I gave proof based on the miles on the car & the amount of gas I put in the car, that I returned it full. Unsat.

@SixtUSA I have to say that I should have read the reviews of your disgusting car rental company before I rented using my FoundersCard service. Several days after I returned the bmw in perfect condition, you claim i am responsible for broken passenger mirror.

@SixtUSA would NOT recommend. We paid for extra insurance with our hire in Las Vegas in May. Tyre blowout, we were told to pay for it and then we’d be reimburse the few hundred pounds. We’ve spent HOURS on the phone since and over 3 months later still have not had our money! 😡😡
