No because no one cares. The rampant trafficking of minors and the abuse of minors is a multi billion dollar industry in the United States alone, and it is only ever mentioned for political leverage over the "other". No one cares that Andrew Schulz called a little girl covered in fluids a "liquid sandwich" like it was some "gang shit" or that Charlamagne described a video of a minor being raped as legendary.
