4/ The character of Rocky and his relationship with Grace are clearly the centerpieces of this story. This was done as well as can be done in a 2-hour film. I applaud the filmmakers for not striking out, and still maintaining the fundamentals of the book. Again, well done.

3/ My biggest complaints about the SF world have long been primarily about the ridiculous lack of comprehension about g forces. In the book, Grace could not possibly have survived on Rocky's world. He'd be dead in a week, At best. The movie? Simple. Change the gravity to 1G.

2/ second, the casting was excellent. I am no Ryan gosling fan, but he was as good as I can imagine as ryland Grace. The voice characterization for Rocky and the important characters such as Stradt were cast beautifully. I liked Carl as an add-on character. Well done.

1/ I would like to report my opinions on Project: Hail Mary, the film. In all honesty, it is better than the book in many respects.
First off, I must say that the flavor of the book is carried out throughout the film. This was clearly a success for Andy weir.
