Busy one today! Work is popping - not direct client care but programmatic stuff - which I ENJOY. I’m a big picture guy… and a team lead, so it’s great to be able to work on longer term projects and solutions. I like direct client care but it’s cooler to help EVERYONE provide better care.

@MarkMantis It's cathartic when those we love leave behind a little unfinished business for us to wrangle for them, as opposed to just "an inheritance." Like you're doing one last thing for them, and ensuring their legacy lives on through you in some way. Keeping that home should be item #1.
