@theblaiirwitch Kinda still feels like that now sometimes, I go down make a cup of tea and just stair at the tree lights in the dark. So peaceful

This image of “Backtooms” reminds me of those teenage days, before Christmas Eve, when I would go down at night to fetch water and, for some reason, I would feel a strange energy around the tree; everything would stop, there would be no noise, I simply felt that, out of nowhere, something could emerge from behind that large decorated tree. And for some reason, the usual noise returns, you turn off the light and run to your room afraid that something is chasing you in the dark.

This was fine... felt like more of an epilogue than a sequel. I enjoyed learning (a tiny bit) more about the Conobites. Other than that there were no real character or plot developments. A solid attempt at world building with Hell being a depiction of their nightmares, 10/10 VFX

@TheSvanire @sinobite ahh I haven't seen that! I read that they filmed some scenes twice - one where Nikki does like him and one where she doesn't, then priced them together to make it hard to tell

i love that they left nikki’s feelings ambiguous because even i find myself fighting with my thoughts while watching it over and over. does nikki show slight disappoint when bear didn’t fess up his feelings? was it relief? inde’s acting is so good you can’t tell nikki’s thoughts
