@SpypointCamera Flex-M twin pack. One of the cameras works without any issues, the other had issues out of the box. Firmware upgraded on both cameras around December last year. The bad camera still took a few black pictures. Moved to new location, black pictures again.

@SpypointCamera black pictures again! Took my cameras to new locations and the same camera is taking completely black pictures again. Also, the counters are always wrong. One of the cameras says 2/100, but only one test photo was taken. Poor support!

@realHankMeyer Hi Hank, premium plans usually don’t show a photo count, but the plans section may display how many photos that camera has used this month. If you can’t find it, DM us and we’ll gladly assist.

@SpypointCamera I don't know what app you're looking at, but mine doesn't seem to display that running total anywhere.

@realHankMeyer Hello Hank, Thanks for sharing your feedback, On the Premium plan, the app displays “Unlimited” since there’s no photo cap, but you can still view the exact number of photos used this month directly from the Plans section in the app

I have a request about the app.
When I subscribe to most plans, my app (android) reports how many photos have been taken that month (for example "Photos: 57/1000"). But it doesn't provide this information for for premium plan users. It just says "Photos: Unlimited"
I want it to say how many Photos have been captured that month so far. So maybe, if it's captured 275 photos, instead of saying "Unlimited" it could say "275/∞" or something like that.
I just upgraded to the more expensive plan, only to find out that I'm losing this information that is useful for my purposes.

@kari6653 @SpypointCamera Couldn’t agree more, had so many new cameras fail this year and support is in India and really can’t do much

Avoid @SpypointCamera at all cost. Junk product an absolutely horrible support. Their phone say they are not accepting calls….during their customer service hours posted on their site. On the chat support you will wait 20-30 minutes for each response.

@SpypointCamera How about you quit posting and start supporting your customers. Spent almost 3 hours on chat support last night and still don’t have a working camera. Then tried to call your customer service today - during the hours stated on your site. And it said “we are not accepting calls”.
