@SpypointCamera your online customer service wasn't much help. Can you tell me why my splb-22 won't charge in direct sunlight but the green light comes on when it's facing away from the light? I'm about to send it back.

@SpypointCamera extremely frustrated with your product. And I am not a stranger to technology. Poor reliability, support is constantly blaming the battery and SD card. Camera must always be in your posession to troubleshoot which defeats the purpose. Plans are expensive.

@SpypointCamera I changed synce settings and requested a photo at next sync. Shows that it is communicating but not sending pictures

@SpypointCamera - another failure with the LM model. Barn door SPYPOINT cams seem to fill with water. (Was tied to a tree in PNW) trap door battery models seem to do ok. My LM is fried. This after best attempt to remove corrosion. The mini card was destroyed.
