@yung1hardaway @AnthonyBetss I thought his process speed was great in college and I have not lost hope for that to continue in the nfl, he’s only played 2 season and neither at a role that’s best for him.
Also the alternative is putting him in a position to fail yet again so why would you be against it

@StephenDecker69 @AnthonyBetss no. you can’t be a ball hawk if the game is too fast for you. his play speed and physical speed is too slow for the nfl level. brain doesn’t process fast enough and he doesn’t have the actual speed to make up for it.

Agree with BBI,
Giants have sat down with Nubin and said they’re going to get him back to being the guy he was in college that was a ball hawking safety.
Nubin most people checked out on but i think he could be a sleeper on this defense next year.

Ar'Darius Washington is going to have a much bigger role on this team than many realize. Another guy who can in the 5-tech role is Chauncey Golston, who will fit this defense better than the last one. Sounds like the Giants are also going to move Tyler Nubin to a more natural strong safety role.

the game is too fast for him. he takes poor angles, doesn’t run fast and doesn’t play fast.
he just doesn’t have it.

Giants currently have the worst DT/NT group in the entire NFL. There isn’t even a close 2nd. Let’s not ignore that… Great return for Dex but there is beyond a massive hole there now for the Giants.
