We tried to ask Paradise Residential Services CEO Jocelyne Ininahazwe about her $16M plus autism business and allegations of fraud from former employees. She fled in her Mercedes Benz E Series (which, personally, I think is less gauche than her son’s G-Wagons).

HSI is investigating Ali/Gateway, and an ex-employee has detailed systemic fraud at the migrant agency. After three state audits found $1.6M in improper payments to Gateway, Maine fully shut off billing. Ali hasn’t returned to the U.S. since we first exposed his foreign political and business activities. We believe he’s currently in Kenya.
