@WhiteIain @amazon Hello, all Amazon orders and payments are managed by Amazon direct, they then send us the order and we fulfil. Any issues duplicated ordders or payments have to be resolved by Amazon themselves as we cannot see that information.

@SubcoldLtd @amazon @amazon gave me your number to resolve direct and an email address and both are available on the Amazon app . You could call to resolve you choose not to . To confirm I did NOT place two orders but you have taken 2 payments : you don’t answer your phone or reply to emails

@SubcoldLtd a bad company , sent and charge me for 2 items via @amazon ,only one was ordered ,they don’t answer the phone ,emails not replied to and you reply through Amazon app suggesting return for refund with postal costs of over £100 , you also refuse to call me to resolve !!
