🤝Last month, 🇨🇦High Commissioner Keith Smith travelled to Rarotonga (#CookIslands) to present his credentials to PM Mark Brown. He became the 2nd Canadian High Commissioner to the Cook Islands 🇨🇰 since diplomatic relations were established between our two countries in 2023!
