@AklCouncil @AklTransport Thanks for fixing this light. On another aspect, every day at these lights I see cars going through orange. Today, one went through red and nearly took me out on the bike. The driver in me will regret saying this, but might be time to consider a camera there.

@AklCouncil Hi. One for Auckland Transport. Red arrow on corner of Piriri at Cornwall Park is out. People turning right on "red" as the post on the right shows only green. Worth a quick fix given the near miss i just saw.

@AklCouncil Went to whangaparoa army bay on 10 Jan. Beautiful weather! However none of the girls (my guests) could use the female toilets as they were so DIRTY! Dunno if this comes under you but whoever is responsible should hang their heads in shame!

Hey @RichardHills_. Whose control does this fall under, AT or Auckland Council. Card constantly park on the grass and are likely damaging the roots of the trees near the Grafton Cricket Club carpark at Vic Park.

Hi @AklCouncil I really hope this lifeguard gets recognised. Yesterday at Grey Lynn Paddling Pool, a little girl got into trouble when her inflatable ring came off. It all happened so fast. Before most of us even registered what was wrong, the lifeguard was already in the water, fully clothed, shoes and all pulling her to safety. As a parent standing right there, it was terrifying and then instantly relieving. That kind of calm, decisive action saves lives. Please pass on a huge thank you. 🙏

Amazing job as always @AklTransport / @AucklandCouncil 👏 Parking fines are instant, but dangerous potholes on Wellesley St have been ignored for 3+ months. Bus/cycle/motorcycle lane. I’ve already fallen, injured my toe, and damaged my scooter. Priorities? #FixRoads #RoadSafety

I ordered a lid replacement for my bin, not a new bin, a lid. Left it out on the street as instructed and somebody chucked something in it. As no lid. Guy shows up with a whole new bin sees the rubbish and drives off. No lid no bin. Rates cap the shit outa @AklCouncil

@AklCouncil Query. My elderly Dad’s large council refuse bin was taken after rubbish collection the other week, said a truck pulled up and took it. He wasn’t informed this was happening. What gives, or is he the subject of an unfortunate theft. Same bins on street non taken.
