#WATCH | At the 49th AGM of the company, Reliance Industries Limited Chairman and Managing Director Mukesh Ambani says, "...let me congratulate our beloved Prime Minister, Narendra Bhai Modi, on achieving the stupendous feat of becoming the longest-serving elected Prime Minister of India. Later this year, on the 7th of October, he will complete 25 uninterrupted years in public office, first as Chief Minister of Gujarat and then as Prime Minister of India. Over these years, the number of votes he has polled is by far the largest by any leader in the democratic world. We congratulate him on this remarkable milestone in public service. His vision for India's growth and the corresponding execution plan have been instrumental in the rapid all-around growth India has witnessed over the last decade" (Video Source: Reliance Industries Limited)

Ilhan Omar speaks of a "genocide" of Muslims in India from thousands of miles away. I am an Indian Muslim. My family is Indian Muslim. Millions of us vote, study, build businesses, serve in government, appear on television, become judges, diplomats, artists, and parliamentarians. Words matter. A genocide is what happened to Jews in Europe, Armenians in the Ottoman Empire, and Tutsis in Rwanda. It is not a word to be casually thrown at a country that is home to one of the world's largest Muslim populations. India is not perfect. No society is. But reducing 200 million Indian Muslims to helpless victims is not solidarity. It is condescension. The tragedy is not that Ilhan Omar knows too little about India. The tragedy is that she seems uninterested in listening to the very people she claims to speak for. We do not need foreign politicians to tell us who we are. We can speak for ourselves.

Outside a NEET re-exam centre in Madhya Pradesh's Vidisha, Ragini's father folded his hands, begged officials for mercy, and broke down in tears as he pleaded for his daughter to be allowed inside. Witnesses said he even collapsed while desperately requesting authorities to make an exception. The family had travelled nearly 70 kilometres from their village to reach the examination centre. But relentless rain, followed by a punctured motorcycle tyre, delayed their journey—causing them to miss the reporting deadline by just enough to be denied entry.

Is there any good reason why students are not allowed to enter exam halls beyond said time? How does it matter if students come 30 minutes late or 1 hour late or 2 hours late to the exam? It is their exam paper, their wish right? What they do with that allotted exam time is their headache As long people can check students properly in terms of cheating slips and do phone jammings well, late examination attendance shouldn't be an issue
