@bcsicko2426 I think the firing of EG caught them totally by surprise. There really no signs this was coming, and so they didn't have time to get a plan in place.

BC decision is imminent. There are 2 final candidates. Luke Murray, which we have known, and some uncertainty on who the second is. Could be Becker/Olen/Larranaga

@TopKniFe_B Indeed… If I had a nickel for every time I tried to talk about some aspect of vascular access during a big resuscitation, only to have someone try to educate me about IO’s…🙄

Fixed it. IO is not your resuscitation strategy. It’s a temporary workaround when you’ve failed to get access. Use it for meds if you must but stop pretending it replaces real vascular access. In trauma, get definitive access early. That’s the job.
