This 911 operator for Harris County Texas hung up on 47 emergency calls over a period of 10 months because she didn't feel like working those days.
It took a call from a mother who desperately needed assistance with her 4 month old who ended up passing away because medical service was never sent to open an investigation with the 911 dispatcher.
Crenshaw Williams was sentenced to 18 months in prison and 10 years probation and the county settled with $1.4 million to the mother.
Do you think the punishment was enough or should it be more?
