His jaw is healing well! Still a little inflamed so continuing pain meds for a while. It does seem like those right canines will need to go, they're impeding his ability to fully close his mouth

I just had a very disturbing Good Friday encounter with an ICE agent at the airport As I was going through security, an ICE agent asked me for my ID. I told him this isn’t Soviet Russia and that the only citizenship papers I planned to show him were the Declaration of Independence “Sir, I’m just asking for ID, not proof of citizenship,” he said. “Today is the anniversary of Jesus’s resurrection,” I replied. “He was an American. Would you have asked to see his papers too? Would the scars on his hands not have been enough for you?” He was stunned silent. I strode past him without showing my ID and went through the metal detector I received a standing ovation

1/ Exactly 16 years ago today, I was arrested in Weare, NH for filming police during a traffic stop and charged with felony wiretapping.
I took it to the 1st Circuit — and won.
Gericke v. Begin found citizens have a clearly established right to record officers performing their duties in public.
One arrest.
One landmark victory for transparency and the First Amendment.
Still standing tall.

Not plowing it. Not clearing sidewalks. No sanitation logos. No city trucks. They were filling the rental and shutting the door. The woman filming said she was too stunned to process what she was watching. Why move snow in the middle of the night? Where is that U-Haul taking it? We were really hoping this was just a primary middle ear infection but no, the polyps caused it and will continue to cause problems if not dealt with, so Tuna Melt's journey to being unjanked is not over yet.
Here he is now taking out his anger on this incredibly annoying toy

Tuna Melt had his myringotomy procedure today! The good news is they got "tremendous amount" of infected goop out of his middle ear. Not as good news - they found polyps. This means Tuna will likely need a bigger surgery to remove the polyps 😔

My supervisor today, Mr. Louie Waffles 🖤 a few months ago, he was 2 hours away from being put to sleep when he suddenly let me know he wasn't ready. We tube fed him, we worked with him, we kept loving him until he pulled through. He's a happy little guy these days 🥰
