❓ The BIG QUESTION ❓ nobody is asking that must be answered by Vrabel in his first press conference is who paid for that ~$3000/night resort? There are only 3 realistic possibilities:
1.) Mike Vrabel - This is problematic because it raises questions about him buying a COTY vote.
2.) Dianna Russini - This is problematic because it raises questions about her paying sources.
3.) The Patriots/Robert Kraft - This is even worse 👀

Dave and Barstool are part of the media problem I have been warning ya’ll about.
Vrabel didn’t apologize to anyone. He never said he’s sorry. He didn’t even say he made a mistake. He issued a statement two weeks ago saying this situation was “laughable” and didn’t deserve further comment. He also didn’t answer questions.
This isn’t what accountability looks like and I think Dave knows it.

I think the 49ers are gonna do everything in their power to trade back in the first round, because I don’t think any of the edge rushers that they would take will be there.
Whether or not they can trade back is another matter. Gotta have dance partner.

I’m not the first one to notice this, but if Aiyuk wants to play football and get some kind of acceptable contract once SF kicks him to the curb, don’t you think he’d be working out on his own, showing people he was in shape and is past his injuries?
Either the dude is deep cave exploring in Afghanistan, isn’t in football shape and is afraid people will see that, or he has legitimately run his mental forklift off the edge of the loading dock.
It’s just weird as hell.

#49ers GM John Lynch said he’s had trade discussions with teams on WR Brandon Aiyuk but acknowledged it’s not a high probability they find a taker. “We’ll see it through the draft—if something happens, great; if not, we’ll re-evaluate after.” Lynch confirmed again that Aiyuk has more than likely played his final snap with the organization.
