All due respect to Ran, but I call bullsh*t. Fans are supposed to have sensitivity for the enormous “pressure” Aiyuk and others are under?? Pressure is knowing you need to hold down two jobs as a single parent to provide for your kids. Pressure is figuring out how to cover the cost of groceries that goes up 30% in the span of two months. Pressure is having to work extra hours and praying you don’t get sick because your insurance ran out. Pressure is having to take out a second mortgage on your home to keep up with a huge stack of delinquent bills. The vast majority of fans live in existential pressure every single day. Aiyuk knows diddly squat about actual pressure. GTFOH.

This is the kind of situation I actually dread. Not for myself, but for my own kids. Dad definitely did the right thing by getting them out of the way, but sometimes, that's not going to be enough. Thankfully, this time it was. The fact remains, we don't and shouldn't have to live like this. Ever. I'm tired of it.
