Justin Gaethje rejected the possibility of a rematch with Ilia Topuria. According to Gaethje, Topuria quit, and Justin completely dominated the fight.
Gaethje deservedly won the title, and now he is expected to take some time off.
By all accounts, his first title defense is likely to come against Arman Tsarukyan later this year.

Watching these two side by side, it’s clear how WEAK ilia is at 155. Arman would have rag-dolled him. Islam would have spun him around on his finger like a basketball. He needs to go back to FW and Dagestan 2-3 years

If anything, Illia showed he is a warrior by insisting to fight after doctor called it off. It's his brother who ended the fight b4 R5.
I won't say he deserves a rematch but a rematch makes sense too.

@_nightcr4wler @fightbasicz I don’t believe merab deserves a rematch at all. The only argument he has is that he defended his belt multiple times etc but for me I don’t believe anyone deserves a rematch if the fight was dominant / one sided etc
