Latino civil rights group LULAC is calling for a federal investigation into raids conducted by the Texas AG Ken Paxton's office on the homes of some of its members as part of what he says is an ongoing election integrity investigation. "There is absolutely no question that this is a voter intimidation tactic," Juan Proaño, CEO of LULAC, tells @MajorCBS.

Texas AG Ken Paxton says he is investigating alleged election fraud and efforts to register non-citizens to vote. The largest Latin-American civil rights organization wants a federal investigation, claiming Paxton's office authorized illegal searches at its volunteers' homes.
