@ShoooTsw @Dr_Done_ a doctor isn't Googling/GPT because they're "clueless." They're Googling because a human brain can't memorize 10,000 different drug dosages and rare contraindications, but it is uniquely trained to know exactly which ones to look for.

Elliot Anderson will speak alongside Thomas Tuchel at today’s England pre-match press conference this morning. Got some ideas for questions… 🤣

Hey, @grok, who was the most famous person to visit my profile? It doesn't need to be a mutual, don't tag them, just say who it was

Alvaro Carreras joining Real Madrid for €50m nets #MUFC €8.8m in sell-on fee. But could he have made it at Old Trafford? @NeilWoody, who coached Carreras at United U21s, says: “If he was there now, he’d be really competing for No 1 left-back spot.” ⬇️ nytimes.com/athletic/64058…

@GatesPhysio Prevalence rates are significantly higher in patients with medial compartment OA change, it's just they don't go on to usually have MRI. Management as per OA, consider medial offloaded, monitor for signs of collapse

Any MSK hip colleagues getting subchondral insufficiency fractures reported on MRI as a distinct entity from osteonecrosis . I've read the former tend to occur in older, F>M, Uni>bilat, obese osteoporotic patients. Is the Mx any different? ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/P…

Also important not to tell ppl >60 they have frozen shoulder without XR - have seen some told they will thaw out in time but they end up having significant OA on XR - very different prognosis.
Matt @ The Honest Physio@Thepadelphysio

⛇ 💪 FROZEN SHOULDER is often misdiagnosed. Often the stiffness is secondary to GUARDING and APPREHENSION due to PAIN 🚫 STOP telling patients there are 3 DISTINCT PHASES and instead make sure we aren't misdiagnosing and HELPING our patients ACHIEVE their Goals ! 😁

Great new paper looking at barriers & enablers to exercise A real key message is that most things can be BOTH an enabler/barrier ✅ See & hear the individual ❌ Do not force a vision of exercise on people pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/38635470/#:~:t…
