I left it all on the floor. 1️⃣ Barbell Hip Thrust 4 x 6–8 (heavy, full lockout) 2️⃣ Deadlift 4 x 8 3️⃣ Bulgarian Split Squat 3 x 8 each leg 4️⃣ Lying or Seated Hamstring Curl 3 x 10–12 5️⃣ 45° Back Extension (glute bias) 3 x 12 I superset incline pushups with 1, 2 and 3. 120 pushups total. 15 min warmup walk. 20 min cool down walk.
