2️⃣ Step-ups – 3 x 10 per leg
3️⃣ Leg Press (feet high & wide) – 3 x 12
4️⃣ Walking Lunges – 3 x 20 steps
5️⃣ Cable Abductions – 3 x15
I superset incline pushups with 1 & 2 (110 total pushups.)
