(1) hey @British_Airways I need your help. - you took my 65 disabled year old mother's medicine off her boarding her flight - you then lost her luggage, so she was without clothes or medicine for 2 weeks - you then send her friends luggage back to the right address but not mums

@British_Airways (3) @British_Airways - we have tried so many links and forms on your website with no further help. - it's too soon to put a claim in apparently but mum just wants her luggage. Is there any contact number, email we may have missed to speak to someone?

(2) @British_Airways - you then send my mums luggage to a hotel in New orleans (were from uk) to a hotel she has never heard of. - we have tried so many numbers to not get through to people or outright be told "my mum just needs to get a curior"
