Dr. Alan Snow is presenting new data at AD/PD 2026 in Copenhagen this week, comparing Percepta against the top-selling memory supplements on the market for their ability to target brain plaques and tangles. This study builds on his 2021 study published in Nature Scientific Reports, where Percepta outperformed 20+ major supplements, including Prevagen, Neuriva, and Alpha Brain, in disaggregating beta-amyloid fibrils and tau tangles in vitro. The new results, yet to be published, replicate those findings – Percepta was again the most effective at reducing both amyloid fibrils and tau tangles across all doses tested, outperforming every major competitor. What @Molecule_sci is building with Labs solves a critical problem: research projects generate messy, nonlinear data, and until now there hasn't been proper tooling to manage that on-chain. This will help us create a smoother way to keep the people funding protein translation research connected to what's happening in the lab.

We set out to find compounds that improve protein printing accuracy. We found something we didn't expect. Our initial two compounds don't act directly on the translation machinery. They improve protein fidelity through an indirect pathway, meaning there are new interactions we haven't fully mapped that control how accurately your cells build proteins. This enriches the potential of the Transfidelity project.

Transfidelity is developing small molecules that enhance ribosomal accuracy – preventing protein aggregation at its source. Two leads were initially identified from 2,400 compounds. Mice with error-prone ribosomes developed premature aging and Alzheimer's-like symptoms – from translation errors alone. The reverse holds. Organisms with more accurate ribosomes lived 9–23% longer. At an evolutionary scale, species with higher fidelity tend to live longer. Accuracy and longevity appear to have co-evolved.

Your cells build proteins using machines called ribosomes. They're accurate – but not perfect. About one in every 10,000 amino acids exhibits errors. With age, those systems weaken while the error rate rises. Misfolded proteins accumulate. This is translation fidelity – the accuracy with which your cells produce proteins. It declines as you age.
