It’s time for street vendor reform in NYC. Tomorrow, the City Council is voting on a bill (Intro 431-B) that will do just that (and help with halal-flation). My Administration will make sure the work doesn’t stop with this bill and guarantee we process new licenses, staff our enforcement agencies, and allow street vendors—the heart of New York City—to operate with dignity.

@maga_never @Econ_Marshall The only way that the dems can lose the midterms is to unite under the neoliberal establishment banner. A sure way they can have a blow out win is to unite under an aggressive anti-establishment banner. Obama is NOT calling for uniting under the latter, but the former.

@maga_never @Econ_Marshall Obama has never been interested in unity. If we were, he would have let the people decide in 2016 and in 2020. The people wanted Sanders. He imposed on us Hillary and then Biden. Hows that worked out?

62% of voters say inflation, prices, economy, and jobs matter most. Climate change? 4%. DEI? 1%. Those issues are not unimportant. But they don't win elections. Democrats need to run on what voters actually say they need. 340 days until the next election. Just sayin’.

The Los Angeles City Council delayed the vote AGAIN to waive fees for Pacific Palisades fire victims Rick Caruso “You can't believe what just happened again. The city council delayed a vote which would grant relief to fire victims in the Palisades. This is waiving the fees to rebuild your home, getting businesses rebuilt, moving back in the Palisades, creates jobs, rebuilds a community, gives people their life and their community back. And these people lost their homes, lost their businesses, lost their jobs, and no fault to them. So the city needs to get behind them, waive the fees to help them out. It could make the difference between being able to rebuild or not rebuild because of the cost.”
