All making clear every single day their loyalty is not to America. We just introduced a long overdue joint resolution proposing a constitutional amendment to require Members of Congress, federal judges, and Senate-confirmed officers to be natural born citizens. This is the very same standard the President and Vice President are already required to meet. The people writing America's laws, confirming America's judges, and representing America on the world stage should have one loyalty: America. Not any other country. For too long we have allowed foreign born members to hold seats in this government while making clear they are America last, not America first. We see it every day. This is not surprising at all but it's still pretty amazing to see. September, 2024. Ken Dilanian criticizes Republicans for questioning the crime data put out by Biden's FBI. "The FBI doesn't make these numbers up...The Republicans and others are pushing the narrative that this data is wrong." The data was wrong. Biden's FBI ended up revising the numbers right before the election to show that violent crime had gone up, not down (after the MSM spent months telling everyone how much it had fallen). Fast forward to 2026 and Dilanian is on TV claiming that the crime data put out by the FBI is bogus and shouldn't be trusted. BTW that fake journalist blocked me the last time I did one of these videos on his "reporting." 😆

But let's talk about November 2025, when you tucked a provision into the government funding bill. The FBI had quietly seized phone records from eight Republican senators without notice, under an investigation codenamed "Arctic Frost." Your provision gave those senators, and only those senators, $500,000 per violation, retroactive to 2022. The House voted 426-0 to repeal it. The critics weren't opposed to compensating victims of DOJ abuse. They were opposed to senators compensating themselves while doing no other structural reforms. OPEN LETTER TO GEORGIA LEADERSHIP: It is unlawful for Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to block the independent Georgia State Election Board from the Election Night Reporting Center (“secret bunker”). The General Assembly created the Board as a separate and distinct budget unit — “neither under the jurisdiction of the Secretary of State nor… a division of his office.” (O.C.G.A. § 21-2-30(g))The Board has a statutory duty to oversee elections, investigate irregularities, issue subpoenas, and go to court if needed (§§ 21-2-31, 21-2-32, 21-2-33). ALL election duties must be performed IN PUBLIC (§ 21-2-406). Federal law (52 U.S.C. § 21083a) even requires full access for designated congressional observers. Yet rumors are swirling that press passes have already been issued and people tied to Raffensperger’s own campaign for Governor have been invited into the "secret bunker" — while the independent State Election Board, which the Legislature created to provide oversight, is locked out. This is selective access that concentrates control in the hands of a candidate overseeing his own election. I am calling on GA leadership to demand full, immediate, unrestricted access for the State Election Board and congressional observers. Public confidence in Georgia’s elections is paramount.
