Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi
“Go back to India.” “You will not replace us.” Those were the chants of white supremacists outside a Texas city hall just weeks ago. Whether directed at Hindus, Muslims, Jews, or any other community, hate has no place in America. We must stand shoulder-to-shoulder against bigotry, prejudice, and discrimination wherever it appears.

@CongressmanRaja It's really strange how 81 countries all at once are deporting hundreds of thousands of Indians at exactly the same time. This is the largest coordinated action on history. It's bizarre. Who is behind all of this?

-> A Different Way to Look at It The amount of corruption we are seeing exposed right now is not proof that things have gotten worse. It is proof that the system is finally starting to work for us again. For decades these operations ran in the shadows, were covered up by our media and denied by our politicians. Billions drained out of taxpayers, contracts steered to insiders, agencies captured by the industries they were supposed to regulate. Most of it never saw daylight. The public got the bill and the insiders got the payouts. What we are watching today is different. Law enforcement and oversight bodies are dragging long-running schemes into the light and shutting pieces of them down. X is helping because our posts are forever. Big examples from the last year plus: Defense contractors caught in bribery and fraud on major technology and innovation contracts. Healthcare and federal program fraud rings dismantled with hundreds of defendants and billions in alleged losses. Public officials and their family members sentenced to decades in prison for bribery and kickback schemes. FCPA cases and foreign bribery prosecutions continuing to move forward on procurement and energy deals that have cost American interests for years. Decade, possibly a century of entrenched behavior is being exposed and shut down. These massive operations do not vanish in a single cycle, it takes more law enforcement than we have and relies heavily on whistleblowers coming forward. The shift is real and politicians exposure has never been so thorough. Agencies that spent years looking the other way or protecting their own are now producing convictions, forfeitures, and public cases at a level we have not seen consistently in ... possibly ever. That is a historic moment where exposure sees few protected. It means the cost of doing corruption business is going up. It means some of the pipelines that bled this country dry are under pressure. And it means regular people who have watched this for years finally have visible evidence that accountability is possible again. The work is far from finished. But sunlight and enforcement are hitting operations that used to operate with total impunity. That is worth recognizing. What was the biggest surprise for you and what do you still feel needs to be exposed? Last time I asked I found a great post idea from someone!

@ChiefEngineerCE @JenHeroldFL What about the stories I’ve heard that he uses insider trading like a lot of DC to make a big buck? This was my one big worry when deciding to move to Florida. I didn’t research and know DeSantis was gone so soon. Grief from my husband dying in front of me at our house took my….

US Army now recruiting Indians to explain MOS jobs? This woman in uniform (Anaya) drops "Namaste" and breaks down how to game the system for military gigs. Anchor babies and visa imports getting free training, benefits, and paychecks — while lecturing Americans on "your MOS." What the hell is happening to our military?

Hey Chief, I literally heard him speak in person on these topics. He’s literally on record saying no to DEI, no to unfettered amounts of data centers being built. No to Amnesty. In fact he had an incredibly long back and forth with Univision on Amnesty and boarders just last week.

This is the most often reported issue where folks are anonymously contacting ICE. My buddy interviewed for a position as a site lead and they said - you have to be bilingual. He realized he wasn't getting the position and asked them ... Why? Aren't the crews bilingual or are they all over the border?

Doing some work on my house right now and there are people constantly in and out. I’ve been trying to talk to several of the workers, but none of them speak a lick of English. How is it possible to live and work in America and not learn at least a little English?

@ChiefEngineerCE At my last job in the Dallas area any time we catered food into the office it had to be vegetarian to pander to the hordes of Indians who worked there. So I never partook in it. They couldnt just order some vegetarian items, it had to be 100% vegetarian

Workplaces now have prayer rooms and foot-washing stations for one faith while any visible Christian symbol gets HR complaints. At one factory I worked at they served bag lunches during Ramadan so the smell from the cafeteria wouldn't upset anyone, but the same cafeteria couldn't be convinced to serve fish on Friday's for lent. A cross necklace can trigger a meeting. A hijab gets celebrated as “diversity.” We’re told our culture must be private. Theirs gets public accommodation and applause. Who exactly is integrating here?

Hey Jen, You need to get up to speed. He is at this moment explaining data center needs on his tour and receiving millions in lobby money from tech. . He has received trulieve lobbyist money. He has absolutely spoken on DEI and countered Ron Desantis teaching Florida history wanting DEI curriculum. Don't you remember that was huge news locally. He is on video talking about Amnesty as well. Please do a very simple Google search on each of these.

@ChiefEngineerCE @ByronDonalds He literally does not support amnesty, H1Bs, DEI, casual weed use. On data centers he’s measured while the other candidates lie. They all say they are against them yet have history showing they support them. Byron is at least honest.

Saturday Corruption Watch – The Immigration Benefits Fraud Pipeline Exposed Stephen Miller’s recent remarks at the White House Task Force to Eliminate Fraud put a spotlight on one of the largest ongoing drains in the system. For years, weak verification allowed massive improper payments through Medicaid, Medicare, SNAP, and other programs. States and NGOs enrolled people with minimal checks on immigration status, household size, disability claims, or work requirements. The federal government simply got the bill. Miller highlighted cases like Somali refugee communities in Minnesota where fraud on child counts, marital status, and eligibility let non-citizens draw substantial benefits while the system looked the other way. The scale runs into hundreds of billions, potentially trillions over time when all programs are added up. This is textbook structural corruption: policies designed with loose rules, middlemen with no skin in the game, and a bureaucracy that protected the flow instead of American taxpayers. Temporary visa holders and others received access meant for citizens. The same low-trust dynamics we have seen in housing markets showed up here in benefits fraud. The shift now is real. The current administration is auditing these pipelines, clawing back funds, and prosecuting cases. Agencies that once shielded the abuse are being forced to act. This is not abstract. It is public money taken from working Americans and redirected through weak oversight. When enforcement finally tightens, the distortions become visible fast. This fits the larger pattern we are tracking where there is access granted to non-citizens and temporary workers that distorts markets and budgets, protected by the machine for years. Sunlight and accountability are finally hitting operations that used to run with impunity. Here is the deal people act as if it just started happening and act like the administration has done nothing. NO> Get it straight - this has been going on for decades with zero visibility and now it's being addressed which can take months. Blaming the messenger and threatening to vote for the folks that will continue it is not a solution. Is there a corruption story making the news or not making the news you feel deserves more coverage that nobody is talking about?

Dude, a couple years ago a home in my neighborhood had a bunch of folks tearing their roof down while playing 'la cucaracha' - I picked up the phone and the sheriff came out and next thing you know a bunch of power tools all over the lawn for 3 days. You absolutely can report it to @ICEgovERO / @ICEgov

@ChiefEngineerCE I hired the whitest white guy in Colorado. Went to HS with my husband. His subs are all legal. Yes, I asked. But if his subs bring cousin Pedro from Guadalajara, I can’t legally ask for his papers. Neither can the GC. I don’t know what else to tell you. But it’s not my problem.

Technology and wealth were supposed to make life better. In many ways they did. We have more comfort, more choices, and more conveniences than any generation in history. Yet depression, anxiety, and feelings of emptiness are skyrocketing, especially among the young. We created an environment of endless stimulation, constant comparison, and instant gratification. Smartphones, social media, 24-hour news, and dopamine-driven apps have rewired how our brains seek meaning and satisfaction. Think about it, somehow we have created an environment that has both connected us all at the same time that everyone feels so alone. We removed many of the old struggles that gave life structure - tight communities, clear roles, real-world work, and delayed rewards. In their place we gave unlimited comfort and unlimited options. The result? A generation that has more than any before it, but reports feeling more hopeless and disconnected than ever. Our generations built the tools and the wealth. We also built the environment that is proving worst for the human mind. The questions we must face is - Did we make life easier, or did we make it harder in ways we never intended? Are we improving our mental health or just piling on the addictive and harming behaviors that make it worse?
