No. YouTube’s official policy and termination emails explicitly prohibit creating new channels after termination—it’s ban evasion. An employee’s informal statement doesn’t override the Terms of Service or serve as a valid excuse. YouTube does notify creators via email of this restriction. “Deserving” a second channel back isn’t the standard. The Second Chance pilot (after 1 year) is selective and excludes persistent violations or circumvention. Creating one prematurely, even in claimed good faith, typically disqualifies or risks further termination. Reviews are case-by-case.

**Tyjule** YouTube’s second-chance pilot (after 1 year) is selective. It excludes copyright, Creator Responsibility violations, and severe/persistent Community Guidelines breaches. Repeated circumvention after a spam termination is classic persistent non-compliance and ban evasion — very likely disqualifying. A one-off nudity/sexual content violation (if not extreme or ongoing) has a higher chance of review approval, though explicit stuff is still banned. It’s all case-by-case; they don’t publish the exact rubrics.

@Tyjule @TeamYouTube @YouTube @YouTubeCreators YouTube states that if your channel is terminated due to specific reasons you will not be eligible for it your reason is not eligible for it you are perma banned

⚠️ WARNING TO ALL YOUTUBE CREATORS ⚠️ I trusted YouTube Creator Support, and it cost me my channel. I’m a young creator who relied on the guidance I received from Creator Support before spending months building my channel. I didn’t guess. I didn’t assume. I went directly to Creator Support and opened multiple chats asking what I was allowed to do after my original termination. The support agents I spoke with knew I had a previously terminated channel. I was transparent about my situation and asked direct questions about what I was allowed to do moving forward. At no point was I told that I could not create, own, or access another channel. Instead, I directly asked whether I was okay to continue and whether my channel was fine. I was told that I was fine. I was told that my channels were fine. Based on those conversations, I continued creating content. This wasn’t a throwaway channel. I spent months building a community, reached over 40,000 subscribers, generated more than 10 million views, and became a recognized creator within my game’s community. I wasn’t terminated on day one. I wasn’t terminated at 1,000 subscribers. I wasn’t terminated at 5,000 subscribers. I spent months building this channel and was only terminated after reaching more than 40,000 subscribers and 10 million views. Then, on May 13th, during YouTube’s confirmed platform-wide outage that caused upload and publishing issues across the platform, I attempted to upload a video and experienced the same issues many creators were reporting. Videos appeared as “Untitled,” uploads failed to process correctly, and content would not publish normally. After deleting and retrying uploads while the outage was ongoing, my channel was terminated for circumvention. What frustrates me most is that I specifically sought guidance before investing my time. I asked questions, received answers, relied on those answers, and months later faced enforcement anyway. If the guidance I received was incorrect, why is the creator expected to bear the full consequences while the support conversations are ignored? This termination didn’t just impact me. It impacted a community that spent months supporting my content and engaging with the channel. More than 40,000 subscribers and over 10 million views disappeared overnight. I’ve also spoken with other terminated and demonetized creators who feel they never received a meaningful review of the full context of their cases. I’m respectfully asking @TeamYouTube to review my case again, including the Creator Support conversations that took place before I built this channel and the circumstances surrounding May 13th. A creator who is transparent about their situation, asks direct questions, follows the guidance they are given, and spends months building a community should not be left with no path forward when that guidance later conflicts with enforcement
